Tough one to answer really as it's situation dependent. I would if a baby needed nourishment and it couldn't be provided readily. I'm not about to wander round toddler group offering it to each passing mouth.

So a yes, but with conditions attached.

Not very ethical to use data people are not consenting properly to give...

And if you're a journo, you don't need ethics but you do need a conscience...
