Can I mix formula and breastmilk in the same bottle?

I have just managed to get 4mo DD2 to take a bottle thanks to some great advice on here. She will take EBM but shows no interest in formula. However this could just be a timing issue. I can't seem to express much at the moment 60-80ml so always end up supplementing with the breast anyway, which kind of defeats the object at the moment. I eventually want to go to formula anyway when I start weaning. So can I mix the two in order to get her to develop a taste?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

You certainly can. just prepare the formula as you would normally and then add your breastmilk and give it a swirl (not a vigorous shake).

Thanks a lot - I will give it a go this evening! Fingers crossed!
