that I stopped breastfeeding over a week ago.

Left is about twice the size of right, and like a stone. A rather tender stone. Not red or hot. It has started to leak really watery fluid today.

Is there anything I can do about this, or do I just have to sit it out.

Am taking ibuprofen.

Cabbage in the bra. Express a little milk in the shower. Ibuprofen is good. It'll pass. Probably another week though -sorry!

Good news is savoy cabbages available - much better than the other ones. [sympathy]

No, put a carrot, an onion and a stock cube. Go for a run - you'll have soup

Will add a glass of red and tin of tomatoes -start off a minestrone
