11 month old wont give up breast feeding

My 11 old DS wont give up breast feeding. Does anyone have any suggestions/tips on how to make the change from breast milk to formula / cows milk.

Nope - DS2 wouldn't either. Finally, managed to cut down at 14 months and only stopped two weeks ago at 17 months.

Why would he?! If you werea baby who had found a source of comfort, warmth, good food and a cuddle would you just 'give it up'?
Have you tried cutting down? Will he ever take a cup?
Do you want to cut down or stop altogether?
