Breastfeeding vest without "shelf"

Sorry for weird title.

I'm looking for a vest / camisole top with straps that I can unclip but which doesn't have the built in shelf / bra bit. Does such a thing exist?

I am large of nork (32G) so just know those inbuilt bra bits will be useless

Any ideas?

Lanisoh do a camisole thing without a shelf. However it doesnt have clips either - it has a kind of double layer with slits round the boobs so you can pull your boobs out. Dont know where you can get them from as mine was a gift, but its quite good and I am relatively large of nork too.

don't bother with drop cup ones - try one like this

or just get a normal one and hitch it up from the waist instead

MrsBadger · 19/02/2009 11:36

aha, one I linked to is like TheApprentice describes

TheApprentice · 19/02/2009 11:39

The Lanisoh one isnt one you could wear on its own MrsB, you need to wear it under something - doesnt have spaghetti straps. But the one you have linked to looks rather nice I think!

Thanks - looks ideal!

I know it's not quite what you're after but Bravado do a camisole/vest top that is built around a bra IYSWIM, so no rubbish shelf bra but actual bra. I think they're fab (altho am a D cup)and the company is meant to be good for bigger boobs.

Bean what I did was bought cheap vest tops- about £1 each I think- from Primark, cut the straps and put poppers on them. It doesn't look great as my sewing skills aren't great but is good for wearing under another top as then I can feed without getting a cold tummy and back.

Heres one with drop clips is this what you were thinking of? Nursing Top

Bean74 · 20/02/2009 08:33

Thanks for all the suggestions. Mum4ever that is exactly what I was after to be able to wear under other tops.
