weight gain slowing - how can I encourage LO to drink more?

She is 12 wks and weight gain over the past few wks has been about 3oz per week. I am not overly concerned as she seems healthy, has got that " chubbiness" (!), plus I am small myself. BUT I think she may be taking less at feeds now as she seems to feed for less time and often only wants one breast. She often doesn't cry for feeds (even when awake) so I feed at least every 3 hrs even if she doesn't seem hungry.

Any ideas for how I can increase her intake? I don't want to resort to formula. Also I am concerned that if she is taking less my supply may go down so am thinking about expressing a little after each feed - any thoughts?

after a while they do get a bit more efficient at feeding and get more out quicker, so it could just be that.
do you always offer the other breast anytway?

i am sure she's fine, but if you're worried ytou could always up it to very 2 hours during the day?
