Try www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/iq.asp?xs=621E62BC931D4C0A928FC3488C3DE2C4&searchtext=fenugre ek&searchimage.x=0&searchimage.y=0

Hope that link works - if not go to www.hollandandbarrett.com and search for fenugreek. If it doesn't work for you (it didn't for me) then ask your GP about prescribing Domperidone tablets. I got some on the advice of a breastfeeding counsellor and they have worked a treat. Strictly speaking they are anti-emetics, but someone somewhere worked out that they also boost milk production (god knows how they figured that out!) Good luck!

Blessed Thistle is also supposed to help? They sell that in tea form at Neal's Yard. Though only fenugreek has a study supporting it's use.

Baldwins are brilliant. They are the specialists, have everything you could possibly need, and the quality will be much, much better than Holland and Barrett.

If you want to save money, I notice they also do Fenugreek in a powder for about 1/10th the price of the capsules. They also do the tincture.
