Ds is 15 months and b fed 2 or 3 times a day (been trying to drop the day feed, but sometimes give in for an easy life).

Need to wean him before the 10th May because I'm going away. Now will it be easier to drop one feed at a time and drag it out or just go cold turkey? Suggestions needed! (also suggestions for ditracting him whichever way i do it)

Easier to do it one feed at a time, I'd think, well, at least easier on you. Less risk of mastitis.

Can you wear things that make feeding difficult, and offer distractions when he wants to feed?

Oh, for distractions, I'd offer either another beverage, or try activities ... try whatever might work? Or get someone else to take care of him at the normal feeding time? Stay away from the normal feeding places?

I'd say one feed at a time as I went co;d turkey and the pain was horrid. Thank god for cabbage leaves!
