baby won't feed from blocked breast

hello!
Have had blocked ducts quite a lot over the last 10 weeks but this time my lo seems to be having difficulty feeding from that breast. He just cries every time he tries. What's going on?? Am bit worried as I need to unblock it!!

Perhaps he's too hungry to wait? How about starting on the other side to take the edge off his hunger, then swap to the blocked side.

Have tried this but every time I swap him he complains very vocally!

Can you try to get it flowing yourself then let him feed?
