What size teats for breastfed baby?

I vaguely recall reading that BF babies should use a size 2 teat with EBM in bottles, something to do with level of effort being similar to feeding from breast. My son is 8 months old and I have size 2 (and a couple of size 4) teats and no opportunity for a trial run . Which would you go for 1st? Thanks

Mine all wanted sz 3's - go for the 2 and you can always whip it out if it doesn't flow enough and stick in a 4.

good luck

ps mine would only take ebm in a bottle if I rocked them held them in a feeding position and put my fingers on their face - phew I'm a contortionist!!

Thanks KKQ, LO's grandfather is on babysitting duty today, I'll let him know about recommended contortions!
