Iam breastfeeding my 10 mo son and I get a bad bruised feeling in my boob everytime he gets a bad cough and cold, feels like mastitus each time, has anyone else found this???

Have googled and cant find anything. Surely cant have been coincidence over the past 10 months?

Is it maybe a blocked duct? Maybe if he isn;t well he isn't feeding as efficiently and that is causing a blockage.
