16 week old gets stressed feeding during the day (sorry longish post)

My 16 week old second DS has never been a good feeder, in the early weeks most of his fussyness was put down to colic or maybe reflux but not investigated. His feed are all over the place during the day and he mostly co sleeps at night making up for it. At the begining of the week he seemed to have funny poos (it's the best way to describe it as each one was different!) and has since made a right fuss when eating during the day and bites me as well. I've not been well with a tummy bug and wonder if he had it too? My health vistor suggests trying gavisgon, but if it is reflux it happens at the begining of the feed, so when to I give it? If it's teething how do I get him to stop biting me and eat! Ahhhh confused and stressed. I run around after a 2 year old during the day so that can't help....thoughts anyone?

Bumping for you.

Sounds like teething to me. When he bites try pulling him into your breast. This will both shock him and block his nose, so that he releases his latch in order to breathe.
