I am at my wits end as i am due to be back at work in 8 weeks and my baby won't take a bottle of my EM. I have been trying it everyday and my husband has tried it to, we have tried NUK, avent and are thinking of tommee tippee, Please does anyone have any advice?

Do you think it might be because your baby can smell your milk and would obviously prefer the boob? Can you maybe try just 1 bottle a day to start and have your dh do it while you go for a walk?

try a teat with the largest hole in. Only thing that worked for me.

Would agree to let someone else do it because when the real thing is nearby a lot of babies won't take a bottle. It's not something you'll really have to do yourself (because presumably you would just bf if you were with baby) so it doesn't matter if the baby will only take it from someone else.

Thank you everyone, I am going to try it when my inlaws have gone home next wk. I did ask nan to try and she couldn't manage it either, I think it may be because the teat is too small, it is new born so think medium or fast may be better, any views?
