Am I right to feed my baby again after she has just puked up the whole lot?

I have a very sicky 8 week old baby - diagnosed with reflux and prescribed gaviscon. Have also tried Aptimil Easy Digest formul, which worked for a week but then she started puking again. She rarely seems bothered by feeding - and is never nothered by puking - just chucks it all up and smiles away!
I generally clear it up and give it another go - but these last couple of days she seems to be puking more (most feeds have come back up) and less interested in feeding.
Have seen GP today who is monitoring it - but just wondered is there was anyone views from experience?
My first DD was never sick - I can't bear this.

Could you reduce the feed size? and yes i would offer another feed if baby was sick.

Oh you poor thing, sounds horrible for you.

I don't have any experience but just wondered if you're sure she's bringing up the whole feed? It may be that it just looks a lot but she has still kept down a good amount?

It seems like a LOOOONG time ago, but DS was a bit sicky. I think we tried to keep him fairly upright and unexcited for a good 15 mins after feeds, and take a long time burping him (sometimes the puke was because milk had a burp behind it, propelling it out). Again, I'm struggling to remember but perhaps having a tight diaphragm doesn't help?? I came across advice about how to 'relax' this area using baby massage (obviously do this well away from feed times!) but that could have been to solve colic. Otherwise, perhaps little and often as MNPA suggests.

I have the same question as chancellor, are you sure she's regurgitating everything...my 10 week old dd also has terrible colic and reflux...she's bf so its very hard to know how much she's taken...i've been quite strict with her feeds over the last couple of weeks though, I give her infacol before most feeds, and don't offer another feed when she's sick...It seems to have helped, and it's begun to get clearer when the reflux is kicking in...over eating doesnt help her, although she seems to enjoy it! I have kept a very close eye on her weight gain and i'm happy to say its stayed constant...so she must be keeping something down, though it feels like she's not...talk to your health visitor and see what they think...
out of interest...how's the gaviscon working out for you...we were prescribed it yesterday but cant track it down...living overseas at moment, frustrating...we've been importing infacol by the shipload...seems we'll be smuggling gaviscon in too!

Thanks - Feed size is already pretty small - seems a bit like cluster feeding most of the time really. And yes - I experimented with how much she is puking the other day as I made it to the sink when she puked over my shoulder so I could see how much there was - it was all of it for sure. However - this is not always the case - sometimes it is just part of a feed - or she will puke the first bit and then carry on fine. All very unpredictable which is tough when I have a 14 month old at my feet at the same time - trying to avoid her being puked on!!! She already says O - O when DD2 pukes!!
Just really looking for opinions on whether I should re-feed.
