Oh, and if you could bump this too, that'd be great.

Don't ask for much, do I?!

I was really enjoying your other thread but have had to leave it because of 2 posters, I did give you my opinions and ideas.

OracleInaCoracle · 02/01/2009 10:47

done!

hunkermunker · 02/01/2009 11:06

Oh, Five Thank you very much for your ideas - I love the one about someone coming to see you antenatally for a chat about bf - I might see if peer supporters can do a bit of that locally.

Thank you, Lissie and the other poster who's emailed me - really thoughtful and kind emails. Much appreciated.

have emailed you HM...didn't see the other thread...is this to do with that?

hunkermunker · 02/01/2009 11:19

Other thread was this one - about formula on maternity units

I'm asking people to email me because I want to have some testimonial sorta things for something I'm setting up this year - I'm wondering whether to write a brief questionnaire, so might email those who've contacted me in near future with that - obv optional whether you reply to it or not!

Thanks all for your emails so far!

could you please CAT me, I've not got CAT.

hunkermunker · 02/01/2009 11:49

TC, my email addy is hunkermunker at gmail dot com if you want to email me - not sure if MNHQ are all asleep for a week or so after the furore of Christmas!

Just to be clear - I'm not a bf counsellor. And I'd love it if anyone can specifically remember things I've said that have helped them - that would be ace. Like MamaG said on her thread this morning about not having formula in the house before you have a baby because it's too tempting and you're less likely to bf if you have it to "fall back on" - you'll be too tempted to use it in the middle of the night!

hunkermunker · 02/01/2009 11:50

Ah, CATs are working - sorry, MN! Just had one!

hunkermunker · 02/01/2009 13:31

we ♥ hunker
I'm a peer counsellor in our patch - and i still need your info cos it helps me to support the mums
...and no, i don't usually post because there's rarely anything to add, but i certainly lurk!!

gigglewitch · 03/01/2009 00:15

the &blabla numbers was actually a heart. it came out fine on the message b4 i posted it

ilovelovemydog · 03/01/2009 11:56

What about the issues you have raised about Nestle? Or is this not what the web site is about? You keep putting Nestle as an issue on Mumsnet which is brilliant.

MamaG · 03/01/2009 12:19

quick bump
