not a 'how to' guide but more of a 'what to expect' kind of thing and information......

thanks

This one's pretty good ...

\link{http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/0452285801/qid=1111851797/sr=2-1/ref=sr_2_3_1/202-5641239-8852665}

Would highly recommend Mear's friends book. It helped me very much and I have now been b/f for 3 months and am loving it.THe book has a very helpful "Diary of a Breastfeed" which really explains what it feels like to feed and it is very concise and relatively cheap to buy. Excellent when both time and cash poor after having a baby! Should be given out free by the NHS to all new mums.
