Returning to breastfeeding 14 month old after 3 weeks of expressing

For medical reasons I had to stop breastfeeding my 14-month old DD for 3 weeks. During these 3 weeks I expressed and fed her my milk in a cup. She now doesn't seem interested in the breast and I am devasted. I had been reducing feeds and was down to one or two a day, but now would like to continue for a few more months. Does anyone know how to encourage a baby of this age back to breastfeeding? We both loved breastfeeding so much and I felt I ended it by having to express. I am now so tearful and just want to be able to let my DD finish breastfeeding when she chooses to. Any advice would be hugely appreciated.

The usual advice for tempting baby back to the breast is offering regularly, lots of skin to skin, keeping close etc.

kellymom says this but I don't know how well it would work with an older baby.

good luck
