Hi, does anyone know how long the food and drink you've consumed takes to get to the breast milk? I thought this would be handy to know regarding expressing milk.

Gosh, don't worry about it.
Eat and drink (within reason) as normal. Just express when you can. Don't complicate breastfeeding. Its simplicity is one of the best things about it!

Really difficult to say. The general guideline is sooooo wide. Like between 2-24 hours. Some things like milk proteins linger for 2 weeks or more.
