I'm feeling vile. If I drink any more honey and lemon, I'll puke. Does anyone have any better suggestions?

Hot ribena with soluble paracetamol in it. Kind of tricks you into thinking you're having a Lemsip.

I always thought that I could only take paracetamol.

I am on a BF peer supporter course and was told (by lactation consultant, hv and BFC) that when BFing you can take more that just that... including my 2 faves ibuprofen and sudofed, as only 1% goes into your breast milk.

Thanks ladies. The paracetamol helped, and ds obliged by sleeping 6 hours solid, so I'm now feeling sort of human.

I didn't know I could take ibuprofen and sudofed, though.

not sure you can take sudofed as its got a decongestant. when i had a stonker of a cold the other week i survived on paracetamol and used menthol crystals for an inhalation.
