Not sure if I should cut down his milk or not.

Hi holymoly
my DS is almost 3 and still has a drink of milk before bed and every morning with his breakfast around a pint a day in total.

from 1 year the minimum recommended is around 350mls (about 12oz) so if you wanted to you could reduce his intake a little. What I would (personally) do is start to offer one of them from a cup to try and get him used to taking milk from something other than a bottle - that will naturally decrease his intake a bit until he gets used to it. 3 x 7oz doesnt sound a huge amount but if it started impacting on his solids then, yes I would reduce the intake a little. It's up to you really which way you want to go or if you just want to leave things as they are.
