mixed feeding - best time for one bottle of the day? DD is 11 wks

I do all breastfeeds except one FF in the evening, am never sure whether to do it at 10/11ish or 7ish. My DD is 11 wks and not sleeping her usual hours as she's had a cold and I'm keen to try to get her into some sort of routine as she gets better. Feeling very worn out by lack of evening routine, concerned that having no time self in the evenings is contributing to low supply so am really quite keen to help her form some kind of pattern in the evening. Think choosing a specific time for the evening bottle feed is a good idea. What time is best? Do you have any suggestions for a good bed time? No cry sleep sol'n book says babies need a really early bed time but I feel like I'm still in the newborn phase where "bed time" is meaningless as she has so many naps - she's on a 3 hourly routine !!

Did you find yr baby slept better when you found her "bedtime"?

If your milk supply is still good by evening time, I would say nurse at 7pm and then let your DH do the 10pm with a bottle, allowing you to have a sleep until 1-ish.

Don't get too hung up about bedtime just yet, although you may want to start thinking about what time you would like your DD to go to bed in the months to come, and move in that direction, for the sake of family routine, more than anything.

I would FF at 10 so Dh can do it, you can rest and I found DD went longer after FF than BF. I put DD's to bed after 7 pm feed and did a dream feed FF at 11. I later adjusted 'bed-time' to about 9 so that she would sleep till 7 rather trhan 5.
