I would really love to take DD on a day out which requires an overnight stay away from home.

It would mean leaving DS (11mths old) at home with DH for 24 hrs (from 9am - 9am following day). He usually has 4 breastfeeds a day and sometimes a couple in the night. He happily drinks cows milk or water from his sippy cup. I tried expressing milk but even though I got 5oz every time i tried when he was really young I cannot even get out half an ounce now. I would prefer not to give him formula but would just giving him cows milk for 24 hours be ok or is that a bit neglectful?

Any advice?

Thanks

I wouldn't say neglectful although I would wonder how they will work out night feeds with a sippy cup IYSWIM (I assume he feeds to sleep?) If you have that bit worked out then I would say go for it!
