Determined to get some better bras this time - can you help?

I have stupidly large breasts. I fed DS for nearly 2 yrs, and for the first 9 months put up with horrible saggy NCT bras which I am sure were not quite the right size.

Trouble is, my back measurement when not pg is more like a 30 than a 32, and haven't found anyone who does this size. Cup size is at least a J, suspect larger as wearing a 32J Royce Jasmine today (8 months pg) and the cups are in no way containing the beasts.

I am terrified at how large they are going to get when my milk comes in!

Am I just a freak?

Try bras4mums, they definitely do some in your size and the service is fab. They can diagnose your problems over the phone! I recently bought from them and they were expensive bras but worth every penny.

This one here comes in a 30J, can't vouch for the style though. Hope that helps!

Thanks anchovies - the search continues...

Have you tried the usual suspects like Bravissimo and figleaves.com?

I don't have such a small back but found good bras v hard to find. Both were good but expensive. Even my local independant shop sold me duff bras that argued when I took them back Train your staff ffs! I get really annoyed about the lack of bra savvy places in the UK. Can you tell

Personally I managed with 3 Bravissimo ones but they did go grey after a few months!

Hiya,

I get my bras from here. If you're anywhere near a shop, I'd really recommend going in and getting fitted - they don't bother with tape measures, just get you to try different bras until they find one that fits. I'd been measured as a 40DD at Mothercare (useless and totally non-supportive), came out of Bravissimo with 34FF and boobs that weren't hitting my tummy!

Hope that helps!

oops, cross-posted with callmeovercautious

Thanks - I'm usually a Bravissimo girl . I tried some soft cup bras earlier in pg (mail order) and all too small . Nearest shop is more than an hour away unfortunately.

The problem seems to be the combination of small back with large boobs. I lost weight after DS and went down from my normal 32/34, which usually means going up a cup size.
