nappies - smell like yoghurt/sour milk and now green stringy stuff

i've gone from normal yellow nappies to the above. does anyone think/know if this is cause for alarm?

Oh, this sounds like a foremilk/ hindmilk issue. Happened to dd, but earlier I think. Try keeping her on one breast for longer, don't switch mid-feed. And it can take a while to sort itself out once it's started. No cause for alarm.

Oh, assuming your bfing, obviously!

Or it could mean she has a little bug. Or it could mean there are sunspots. If your baby is otherwise fine, I'd just stop sniffing the nappies, tbh.
