ds 8mo is wanting my boob all night, and he is getting worse....anyone else been though this???

I feel like a human dummy, its not hunger, he has loads in the day (breast and he eats well) He has only been in bed 40 mins and he's bawling for me already.......DH currently trying to setttle him.

Could he be teething. My ds's turn in boob monsters when they have teeth coming through.
