Have just started back at work (3 days a week, gone from 6.45 - 7.15 oh commuting is great!) and feed ds at 6am, and when i get home, and also when i go to bed about 10.30ish for which he usually stays asleep.
This is fine but he refuses to take very much formula or expressed milk at 4/5. The most he has taken is 4oz of expressed milk. He has about 3oz cows milk on his breakfast cereal, and a tommee tippee beaker of water throughout the day aswell - is this enough?
MIL & SIL say they think i shouldn't bother trying to get him to take a 4pm feed for the 3 days i'm at work as he doesn't want it...?
2nd issue! The days I am home I feed him his late afternoon feed, but yesterday he bit me really hard, he has 4 top teeth and two bottom teeth so I was almost in tears!
I have been ill this week with a sickness bug & MIL has made me paranoid I 'haven't got any milk' or it's 'poor quality' because I haven't been keeping any food down.. this isn't true, is it?? I just wondered if it was a bit rubbish that's why he might have bitten me? The late feed last night & morning feed today were fine but again this afternoon he fed a bit then started 'talking' then bam, bit down! It wasn't as if he was distracted by anything other than himself as we happened to be in a quiet room, i was nervous today so that probably doesn't help but my nip is still everso sore from yesterday & I couldn't help it!
What do i do?
