Should I be giving my FF son extra water?

I know there is no need with BF babies but I don't know about FF babies.
He is 4 weeks old.

no, not unless it is very, very hot where you are ! the formula, when made up with the correct proportions of milk and powder is food and drink .. so it is all he needs at the moment.

Unfortunately, Manchester (UK) isn't known for its tropical weather. No water for my DS then...
