I saw you post on another thread that there is no such thing as baby reaching the hindmilk. Did not want to post on there as i did not want to detract from op, but what do you mean?

Have been bf for the last almost 8 months and have always understood that baby first gets folemilk then hindmilk. And indeed my milk is first watery but if ds drinks long enough it goes creamy?

You tend to talk an awful lot of sense so I am confused now?

It is confusing, I can understand that, but the reason for the confusion is that no one explains it properly in the first place!!

This shows you why the fat content of milk does not vary with the stage of the feed, but the degree of fullness/emptiness of the breast.

It can appear to be at first more watery, but it does not have to, and if there are short gaps between feeds, then the milk will not appear watery at first.
