Hi,

I was hoping you could all give me some advice. DS is now 3.5 weeks old and is starting to get into his bfeeding stride. In the last two days however he has started getting anxious during a feed and keeps coming off of the breast. He imediatly starts crying again however and wants back on the breast.

Is this related to the flow of milk being too fast from the let down or is it something else?

We did initially have problems with the milk coming through due to my anemia but all is well now.

DS is definately feeding well apart from this and is healthy and happy.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Have a look at this page from kellymom. I found the whole site very helpful and comforting when DS started doing this (it's very common).

If he is happy and healthy then that is a really good sign

Congratulations by the way
