Hi, I think I am OK to take, but can I take aspirin? All I have got in, so will need to go to pharmacy tomorrow if still feel as crap. Any other ideas? Am feeling hot/cold, shaky, achy limbs, sore throat, cough, runny nose.
Thanks!

You should be fine.
I took paracetomol which you can take when pg too.

do you have honey? Add a teaspoon to a hot squash, or hot lemon if you have any.

Vicks Vapo Rub on your throat (Not too much if the baby is young) - better still some vicks in a bowl of hot water and breathe in the vapour.

wish you luck, it's not nice

Breastfeeding Network factsheet (these are fab -- there's one for most common conditions, compiled by a specialist pharmacist)

Thank you so much for responding (sorry for delay, but I needed a duvet and bed!).
Really useful information, thank you, I will go and get some Lemsip today, which looks like it is safe and been good for me before.
Thanks
