does anyone know if your breast milk would be affected by having a period? My period returned after about 4.5 months, and it coincided with my DD starting to wake up in the night again (having been sleeping) through for about 1.5 months.
She got a bit better, but now at 7 months period no 2 has arrived (v erratic!), and now the night wakings have got so much worse - every 1.5-2 hrs in the night.
so i was wondering if this was just coincidence, or my periods have affected my breast milk, eg quantity/taste/quality?
I'm clutching at straws really but the lack of sleep is really getting to me!!
