Hmm for some reason that link doesn't work.
Go on www.kellymom.com and look for breast milk storage. The guidelines are there.
It is because breastmilk is sterile and contains antibodies.

I am amazed at the things I have found out about BF!

Like your milk wont increase, like FF babies need more and more milk as they get older, as bf, your milk just improves in quality, not quanity! Amazing!
