It is (96%) cotton and flattering and I can wear it to a wedding soon. It's taken ages to find one that is not black and made mostly of natural fibre and is smart enough and not really expensive. Navy isn't my first choice of colour for a wedding outfit but I can accessorise it with white or red perhaps and brighten it up.
