bit of a specialist Q this one i guess. is my screwed up immune system a threat to my baby's helth does anyone know?

i'm clearly heading for a diagnosis of RA when i have first consultant appt in Septmeber. Was at GP yesterday and got my results positive for it left right and centre with both the old style tests and the new anti-CCP (which is apparently very high, over 100).

i'm not on any meds yet, except dicofenac and am excl BF 5 month old ds2. will these high levels of odd antibodies i'm circulating be a risk for him, worth phasing out BF for?

i have adult onset still disease which IS basically junior rheumatoid arthritis and I've been told I can breast feed without hurting my baby.

so far my doctors won't be giving me anything except possibly steroids after labor, but everyone keeps mentioning that breast feeding should be fine for me to do.

hope that helps.
