Watery cottage cheese like vomit

My two 5 month old twins are constantly leaking very watery cottage cheese.

They have always done this a bit but in the last week or so it has got much worse.

Any ideas?

They are fed on Cow and Gate and have been since the start so not due to a change in formula.

Sounds just like curdled milk to me?

So is this normal? Do I need to worry?

Anything I can do to stop it?

Any advice gratefully received as beginning to worry. DT1 seems to have lost a great deal of his afternoon feed!
