I just changed my sons nappy and half of the nappy was filled with dark green bits of look-like grass.
Does anyone know what this could be?

Also, how long does it take for food that I have eaten to effect b/milk? I suffer from a lot of gas myself and dont know how long to look back on what I have eaten to see if it could effect him?

If he is feeding Ok and happy - ignore it. You will get all sorts of funny colours in nappies. Various foods are digested by you at different times, it would be almost impossible to find out what it was without going on a bland diet then reintroducing different things. Not worth that.
My son would always be a bit wingy with huge nappies the day after I had a chicken korma curry. It didn't stop me eating them
