Advice on assemblingMAM bottles after sterilising + using Nuby RapidCool?

Title:
Hi all, second time mum here but unsure how I went about these things first time round as it was 4 years ago πŸ™ˆ but i'm hoping for some advice.

Firstly, with MAM bottles β€” after sterilising them in an electric steriliser, what’s the best way to put them back together? Is it okay to assemble them using freshly washed hands, or should I be using sterilised/clean tongs to pick up the different parts? I find the tongs really fiddly, especially trying to assemble all the bits without touching anything!

Secondly, I’m planning on using the Nuby RapidCool to prepare formula feeds. I’m finding it difficult to see the water level inside the RapidCool because of the steam and condensation. For anyone who uses one, how do you manage this?

*Do you use a spare bottle to measure the water then pour in?
*If so does this measuring bottle need to be sterilised?
*Once formula is inside the nuby should I shake it well to mix before flipping it to register on the lid?

Would really appreciate any input on how others do it as i'm probably overthinking it all! πŸ˜‚
