Anyone dealt with tongue tie, oversupply and repeated mastitis?

Second time mum here with a 6 week old baby, and pretty sure I'm developing mastitis for the second time already. I only finished my last course of antibiotics 6 days ago.

Wondering if anyone has experience with tongue tie and oversupply. He's got the stereotypical heart shape tongue. But everything online suggests that tongue tie will cause them not to gain weight but my baby is gaining so much weight! I'm pretty sure I have an oversupply because I'm leaking everywhere, getting engorged easily and blocked ducts regularly, as well as his fast weight gain.

Feel like I should know what I'm doing because I fed DS1 for 14 months and I'm EBF again. Just feel a bit down that it's not going as well as I'd like and in pain still from my episiotomy scar and now my boobs! I'm determined to ebf but can't keep going on antibiotics forever!!

Anyone have any advice for tongue tie, oversupply and mastitis?

Are you planning to have it snipped? I had under not oversupply, DS had a tongue tie, I got mastitis then developed Reynauds syndrome in my nipples which was both agony and made me a curiosity amongst GPs and health visitors alike who all wanted a look. DS had his tie snipped and it really helped his latch and reduced my pain
