Thanks, was bit of a shock! Looks like it will go better this time as they are going to be trying to prevent labour from 16 weeks, scans every 4 weeks till 20 weeks then weekly till 24 and 3 a week after that and they're saying they will take me seriously if I'm in pain (does that mean they didn't before ) and admit me straight away.
