Do I just leave out at room temperature or do I run under warm water?

I just put it in a jug of hot water and keep testing it (shake before testing!)

I also put it in a jug of hot water for a few minutes and test it.

thanks. Also, is it ok to store the milk in the bottle into which I expressed? I read somewhere that you shouldn't use the same container.

sorry, final question - where can I buy those little bags for storing breast milk in the freezer?

Gangle its fine to store the milk in the bottle, breast milk is sterile so doesn't have the health and safety issues which formula does.
You can buy the storage bags from Boots.

The lansinoh storage bags are better than Dr Browns (I've just had a batch with holes in grrrrr)
