Hi, I go back to work next month when my DS is nine months. He'll be going to a creche near me. Trouble is he is still breastfeeding to go to sleep at night, and for his daily naps. Other than that he eats like a horse and is very big and strong. I'm not sure if I should give him a bottle for the mid=day naps at creche, or just ..? what? what's the alternative? I dont want to express in the toilets at work so really would like him to have something, but what do i go and buy? What is the best to get? I'm a bit confused.

At nine months, can you just feed morning and night? Are you going back full-time? If he's eating well, he'll prob manage fine on other drinks during the day. I stopped expresing for DS at around 10 months and it didn't seemt obe a problem, so if you'e happy to carry on feeding I see no reason not to.

If he is in a creche near you, could it be possible to feed him during your lunch break? Or is that not practical?

Also, can your employer not find you somewhere more appropriate to express? A lockable office for example? Do you have a fridge where you could store your EBM?
