Breasts sore BF

Have a one year old, barely feed from my right side but today its sore and tender to touch my boob/ nipple. No warmth or redness any advice?

Does it have a lump in it? You could have a blocked duct. That makes it very tender but you can usually feel a lump where it's blocked. Or you could be engorged if you previously were feeding more on that side?

No lump and haven’t fed on that side regularly in a while, we do sometimes but less than once a day x

Ah, those were my best ideas! Hopefully someone else has some other suggestions.
