Seems okay to me BUT the directions say to contact your pharmasist before taking. Active ingredients include Anhydrous citric acid, sodium benzoate.

Yes. You can take Ibuprofen too (but not aspirin) if you are able to.

No idea.

Tree home-made hot water, honey and lemon if in doubt.
