Stopping pumping

I was able to pump for the first 5 weeks of my baby's life, but have now had to stop as I don't have enough time or arms to care for baby, make and wash bottles (formula top ups), get nap trapped and pump. I'm fine with this decision.

My last day of multiple pumps was 7th Jan. The most I ever pumped in a day, across 8 x 30 min sessions, was 14oz. I've been decreasing since then without any issue, no leaks, no significant pain. I last pumped now on Tues 13th and that was only for 5 mins. Only got barely 0.75oz between both sides.

This morning I've woken up with very sore boobs. Sore nipples and pain towards the back. I don't feel full or engorged at all. I wasn't planning on pumping again, but now I don't know if I should do a brief session (worried this might just cause more milk stimulation), or stick with ibuprofen and another dose of Sudafed to keep drying things up.

Does anyone have any advice please? Thank you!
