Hi my little boy is almost 11 month old. He has 2 bottles a day, one first thing at morning and one last thing at night. I always put 8oz in each, on a morning he sometimes drinks all 6oz - 8oz which is fine. But on a night i struggle to get anymore than 2-3 oz down him. Has anyone else had this prob? could he just be going of formula milk? I've tried putting his tea time forward a bit incase he wasnt hungry enough but this hasnt helped. Any advice welcome!!

Mine are long past bottles but from what I remember that end of the day period was a bit of a PITA as I'd give them milk around 4 (to keep them going between lunch solids and tea solids) and then they had tea and then i'd try to give them yet more milk and they just hadn't room.

I'm not sure you should worry about it at all but check with your health visitor

If your little boy has a good varied diet with plenty of iron (found amongst other foods in green leafy vegetables) then I would think you would be fine to switch him to cows milk. See if he likes that better.

My DD is 12 months and I started changing her onto cows milk at 11 months - and she was fine.

She also has 2 bottles a day and the one before bed she sometimes takes all, sometimes not....but tbh its comfort - she's had bottle, breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and tea so a few oz of milk is fine
