My baby is 3 and 1/2 months old, she’s my last baby, baby number 4, I’ve never breastfed with any of them due to anxiety Mainly, is it to late to try now?

Yes it’s possible but will take a lot of work and patience. Contact the national breastfeeding helpline for advice on how to get started.

I’m curious what’s changed in the last 3 months. Why didn’t you choose to do it at its easiest and now want to try at its hardest!

Breastfeeding is not easy from day 1 for many people!
In your shoes op, I wouldn’t overthink it. Put baby to the breast when she’s next due a feed and see what happens.

I don’t feel like this is the most helpful thing to pass comment on? OP has said she suffers with anxiety, that may have settled now the baby isn’t a newborn anymore and perhaps she regrets/ wants to try breastfeeding.

I only have experience of BF from birth OP but there will be local infant feeding teams who I’m sure would be able to help. Good luck, I hope it goes well for you.

Genuinely wasn’t a mean comment but actually a just a supportive question. And no, it’s not easy from day 1, I should know. But it’s easier than at 3 months! Managing expectations is important.

Very honestly at 3.5m I wouldn't.
