How to stop breastfeeding my toddler

Hi all. I need some tips on how to get toddler off the boob. She is 20 months and was ebf initially but then we added a bottle a day so that I could at least have a shower without interruption. When I went back to work she just fed evening and in the night and I said I’d stop this at 1. Now almost a year later she is still in this routine.
I have separated from her dad, although we are still in the same house, and dd co-sleeps with me (another thing I said I’d never do, but she’s got so much going on I can’t bear to sleep train at the moment). Shes always been a difficult sleeper and will seek comfort in the night from me. Last night she was awake three times asking for a feed.

how to I reduce the breastfeeding so we can both get more sleep? Sometimes I wake up and she’s feeding already so it’s not even a conscious choice I’m making.

also to add, she likes to hold my boob and put her head on it to fall asleep. I’m so exhausted and parenting her alone (despite soon to be ex h in the house) so I am just allowing this in order to get her to sleep after a long day.

Wow tglhat is a lot going on for you. Is there a room that you could move her to? I found that night feeds didn’t stop when they were in their own rooms but they did reduce significantly Flowers
