How long after stopping feeding can you still express milk?

My DC are nearly 5 years apart and I fed my DD until she was 2.

DS self weaned at around 18 months, which was over 2 years ago.

Between both DC and since DS stopped feeding I have regularly noticed in the shower yellowish crusting on the centre of ny nipples. If I squeeze my breasts in a hand expressing fashion I am immediately rewarded (?) with milk - well that is what it looks like.

I do have a hormone condition and my recent checks have come back 100% OK.

Amyone else had any experience or am I just plain odd?

(I am an embarrassed regular who knows several mnetters in RL, hence the namechange.)

Blimy fio that was quick, the '.' was just checking my namechange whilst I thought of a delicate way to ask if I was a freak!

So 10 years is a reality then ?
