Can someone tell me some BF helpline numbers please.

Friend of mine had her baby 4 weeks ago and shes been exclusively BF.
Just had a text off her saying that shes just about to make bottles up as baby is fighting the breast.

She thinks its because shes been expressing and baby likes the fact that the milk flows more from a bottle than the breast.

I've suggested that she try feeding in the bath or bathroom while a bath is running, but since I wasn't successful at BF I dont really have any other advice for her.

I have said that I would get her the numbers for La Leche etc.

I know there are some more too.
Can anyone post them for me please.

Thanks Caz, yes I found them on VS's profile.
I passed them on straight away, she called one of the numbers and got back to me late last night to say that they were really helpful and she was going to perservere through the night and reassess things today.

I pleased I gave them to her. Shes a first time mum so was completely unaware that these helplines exsisted.
Shes done absolutely amazingly so far.

That's great, also great for her to have you helping out!

I had no idea these lines existed either, and the BfN ended up being the only reason I am still bf-ing now (and didn't throw in the towel 4mths ago!).
