11 week old waking and feeding hourly

My EBF (bar one pumped bottle from his dad) 11 week old has started waking hourly every night for about a week. He was previously sleeping for four- three hour or two hour stretches at night time. He has also become funny with the bottle only drinking half and then wanting to finish on the breast and refusing the bottle. My husband feeds him the bottle and then brings him up to me as he won’t have anymore but is clearly still hungry.

I am exhausted. We previously had a growth spurt/cluster feeding period around 7 weeks but it was only 3 days and very manageable.

He is also feeding hourly during the day outside of his naps. He is a big baby in the top percentiles for everything. He goes down easily for his naps during the day after approx 1.5 hour wake window. Do we wait it out? Am I missing something? I am unclear how much he feeds on the breast but he only take 2-3oz from the bottle (I pump 5oz) however I have a fast letdown and he usually finishes his feed in 10-15 mins.

I am too anxious to cosleep and we have a Chihuahua in the bed (non negotiable 😩😂)

Oh gosh it sounds so tough but also pretty normal. You could wait it out, or you could decide that your only going to feed every 2 or 3 hours at night and offer comfort other ways for other wakes.
Does baby go to sleep on the boob? Sometimes at this age if they feed to sleep their association at night is to need the boob every time they wake up, so you could look at some gentle self settling.
Whatsver you decide to do, be it super gentle or super strict, I always found that 'leaning in' and accepting the situation helped me a lot, took some of the stress out of it for me
